SIPD stands not only to respect the legal framework and the legislative requirements. SIPD emphasis that all its programs, policies and aspects of practice are well-founded to be ethically corrected. SIPD stand to be non-discriminatory in its selection of trainees and employees. SIPD encourages its employees, teaches, managers, candidates, students and professional trainees to spend a prayer time and meditation moment within the premises of the institution. SIPD attaches significant importance to the spiritual up-liftment of all individuals to reach the goal of HAPPINESS. SIPD is highly demanding towards its employees and students to do nothing that would take away the smile on the face of another. SIPD will do everything to contribute to make happier people around the world. Our ethics is based on the fact that SIPD stands for the empowerment of women, marginalized and the power. Though a fundamental Christian philosophy is more in practice in SIPD, we encourage all religious and other spiritualties to be practiced and lived in order to be a happier lot.
