SIPD Anakkara stand for fostering and improving the career prospects of all professionals with an objective of international mobility. Our professional development program in professional cooking and culinary arts are two types.

1. Professional Development to direct employment

This program is open to those chef cooks who have a Diploma in Culinary arts and at least 3 years of cooking experience in Continental dishes. The candidates will have to learn a European language of their choice up to B1 level. On top of that SIPD will give them intensive training in language and advanced cooking. On the successful completion of this course, the candidates will get opportunities of campus interview from the country of their choice for international mobility. 

2. Professional Development through European adaptation program

All candidates with a diploma in cooking with one year of professional experience can apply for this course. Candidates will be trained in a European Language up to B1 level. Candidates will also receive theoretical and practical lessons on European cooking techniques. On the successful completion of this course, the candidates will be automatically registered with our partner school in Europe. Once they complete their training there, the candidates will get the opportunities of employment in Europe.
