SIPD has full-time/permanent professors with academic and professional qualifications in all the disciplines we impart training and education. Our faculty members are not just holders of academic qualifications. As SIPD emphasize on the all-round development and growth of our students, our faculty members not only insist on the theoretical knowledge but also the practical experience. The core of our teaching philosophy is the that our candidates are not spoon-fed rather we train them to learn on their own. We believe in the philosophy of learning the candidates to fish rather than providing them the fish. The objective of this teaching and training philosophy is to enable our candidates to learn and auto-evaluate. Thus in the future, when they will be abroad with their project, they will know how to learn in a less favorable atmosphere. Our faculty insists on individualized contact and training to our candidates in order that their professional project enters the heart of our training.
